Posing felt super easy because he gave us fun prompts to talk through, so nothing ever felt stiff or awkward. The pictures turned out stunning and incredibly high quality. Ali is a great photographer who makes you feel comfortable and captures everything you want. He would show us the photos during the photoshoot to see if we liked it or wanted to change something. He is very easy going and just an amazing person to work with. We had our dog during the photoshoot with us and Ali was very patient and kind with him. We will definitely be doing future photoshoots with him.

We absolutely love the photos that Ali captured of us to celebrate our engagement!! I sent him some ideas and he made my vision come to life. We had so much fun going to multiple locations in the city, and never felt rushed. The whole experience was very natural and Ali really captured our relationship. Working with Ali was great! The photos came out much better than we could imagine and made our wedding website look beautiful. In preparation, he had a great list of locations and ideas we could use and knew the best spots based off our inspiration. He knew the best timing so we could get good lighting and was very attentive to what we felt comfortable with and what we did or did not like. He was also very open to trying new ideas for photos and gave professional feedback on what worked best. I highly recommend working with him.
I am beyond grateful that my fiancée chose to book Ali as our engagement photographer. He captured the moment of the proposal and our joy afterward SO beautifully. Not only are the photos gorgeous, Ali was so kind and easy to work with. He guided us in front of the camera while still capturing us being naturally "us." Ali did an amazing job capturing our surprise proposal in Central Park. He was hidden on the shore while I popped the question on a rowboat, and the photos he got of that moment are priceless. Ali was incredible to work with. He was patient with my nerves when the weather seemed like it wasn't going to cooperate, and then we ultimately had the best weather and had so much fun wandering through the West Village and finding spots for pictures. Ali was easy to get along with, and he immediately put my fiance and me at ease, helping us relax into the photoshoot. He provided gentle direction that let our personalities take it from there.
